About Bangladesh Tea Board
Bangladesh Tea Board is an autonomous organization responsible for tea production, regulation and formulation of policies to promote tea production. Bangladesh Tea Board is located in Nasirabad, Chittagong, Bangladesh. The first president of Bangladesh, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, was a former chairman of this board. The main activities of Bangladesh Tea Board are development of tea industry, taking all measures to increase marketing and export, daily establishment of new tea plantations and rehabilitation of tea plantations, imposition of tax on tea produced in Bangladesh and overall control of tea industry activities. Bangladesh Tea Board is located in Nasirabad, Chittagong, Bangladesh. The main objective of this exhibition is to build a medium to introduce the tea industry of Bangladesh and present this industry to the tea lovers at home and abroad.
