45th BCS notification published in Jatiya Patrika and www.bpsc.gov.bd official website. The principles and governing council of BCS are determined by the Bangladesh Public Works Commission. Cadre number of BCS is 26.

Special Instructions:

• The number of vacancies advertised may change due to new recruitment, termination, promotion, retirement, death, resignation or removal etc.
• Equivalence Certificate: If a candidate does not have the prescribed educational qualification for the advertised cadre posts then the candidate cannot apply. If a candidate claims that any degree obtained from abroad is equivalent to the educational qualification of the country, the candidate must submit the attested copy of the equivalence certificate to the oral examination board.
• Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council for Equivalence Certificate for Medical Degree Holders, D.V.M. Degree holders are advised to contact the Veterinary Council and other degree holders with the Ministry of Education/University Grants Commission. The original copy of the said equivalence certificate must be presented to the oral examination board, otherwise the oral examination will not be accepted.

Urgent declaration: Candidates must declare in the declaration section of the online application form (BPSC Form-1) that all the information in the application form is correct. If the information provided is untrue or falsified or if any disqualification is found or any fraud is taken before or after the examination, even after recruitment at any stage of candidature or recommendation for recruitment and any recruitment examination accepted by the Commission, legal action against the candidate including declaration of disqualification from applying for the recruitment examination. can be accepted.

Submission of BPSC Form-1 and related certificates/documents to the Board of Oral Examination:

• After publishing the results of the written test, the candidates who have passed the written test can check the 45th BCS from the Commission’s website www.bpsc.gov.bd or the website of Teletalk Bangladesh Limited http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd. BPSC Form-1 (Applicant’s Copy) completed online for Examination-2022 will be downloaded and collected at the time fixed by the Commission.
• BPSC Form-1 Following Bangladesh Public Service Commission instructions (two) copies of the following required certificates/documents are compulsorily submitted to the oral examination board: Photograph of signature and three (03) copies of passport size attested color photographs attested by a gazetted officer of first class BPSC The left side of Form-1 should be attached with the help of stapler.
• Attested photocopies of all original/temporary certificates from the Board and University as proof of educational qualification. In case of candidates, attested copy of the certificate signed by the Controller of Examination/Head of the Educational Institution with the date of commencement and completion of the concerned examination. Any affidavit without mentioning the date of commencement and completion of examination will not be accepted. In such case the animal will not accept the oral test and the candidature will be cancelled.
• Certificate/marksheet/testimonial issued to candidates with 4-year Bachelor/Bachelor (Honours) degree with mention of 4-year Bachelor/Bachelor (Honours) Degree obtained Year-Bachelor/Bachelor (Honours) degree attested by the Head of Department/Controller of Examinations/Registrar Copy must be submitted along with the application form. Otherwise, the degree earned will be considered to be of one-year duration.
• Attested copy of original/temporary certificate of SSC/equivalent examination for proof of age. “O-Level” and “A. Level” documentary evidence containing date of birth (eg copy of passport, certificate) Note, Affidavit for proof of age will not be accepted.
• Attested copy of Equivalence Certificate as per paragraph 1.2 of the notification in case of candidates holding degree acquired from abroad. Attested copy of updated final registration certificate issued by the applicable authority for the post of Medical, Dental Veterinary Surgeon.
• Age is relaxable for candidates applying as sons and daughters of freedom fighters. Candidates applying as sons and daughters of freedom fighters must submit attested copy of freedom fighter certificate of father/mother.
  Attested copy of freedom fighter certificate of father/mother issued by Ministry of Liberation War Affairs.
  2 attested copies of freedom fighter certificates of parents issued by Mukti Jodha Sangsad and countersigned by the then Hon’ble Prime Minister from 1997 to 2001.
• In case of disabled candidates, attested copy of disability certificate signed by the Deputy Director/Equivalent Status of the District Social Services Office under the Directorate of Social Services.
• Attested copy of certificate issued by Civil Surgeon in case of third category candidates
