Age of the candidate for the job in the Habiganj DC office:
- On 19/06/2024, the age of the candidate should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 30 years.
- Age can be relaxed to 32 years in the case of children of Birmuktijoddha/Martyr freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates.
- In the case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters, the age is 30 years.
- No affidavit of age proof is admissible.
Habiganj DC Office Conditions for Application:
- Candidates working in government and semi-government autonomous organizations must apply subject to the permission of the appropriate authority.
- An advance copy of the application form will not be accepted.
- The age of the working candidate is not relaxed.
- The applicant should mention his latest acquired educational qualifications in the application.
- Candidates for recruitment have to participate in written, practical, and oral examinations.
- Candidates who have passed the written test only and the practical test
- Candidates who pass the practical test will be considered for taking part in the oral test.
- Original of all candidates who passed the written and practical exam must present original copies of all certificates and no-objection papers during the oral examination.arried to or committed to marrying someone who is not a citizen of Bangladesh will not be considered to apply.
- Satisfactory police verification reports and health certification of civil surgeons are one of the major requirements for employment.
- In case of attestation, the attestor must be a Gazetted Officer of 1st class and must have a seal with a clear name and title of the officer.
- All government regulations and quotas will be followed in formulating final recommendations for the posts/posts mentioned in the advertisement.
- In case of acceptance and rejection of the application, the decision of the authority without any reason will be considered final.

- National Identity Card / Birth Registration Certificate
- Certificate of Character issued by 1st class Gazetted Officer with nominated seal

If the applicant is a child of Bir Muktijoddha / Shahid Muktijoddha and grandson or daughter of Bir Muktijoddha / Shahid Muktijoddha Certificate issued by Gazetted Officer / Concerned Union Parishad Chairman or Municipality Mayor / Counsellor Certificate. - Certificate issued by the Deputy Director of the concerned District Social Service Office for the physically handicapped and orphans
- Certificate issued by the concerned Deputy Commissioner in case of small ethnic groups.
- Certificates issued by the appropriate authority in accordance with the latest policy in the case of Ansar and VDP candidates
- Certificate / Certificate issued by the appropriate authority in support of certain quota claims.
